The city of Lagos is gearing up to host the 11th edition of the prestigious Federation of African University Sports (FASU) Games, a premier continental sporting event. This year’s edition promises to be an unforgettable experience, bringing together over 1,500 talented athletes and officials from 43 African nations.
The University of Lagos and Lagos State University will jointly play host to the 17-sport extravaganza, scheduled to take place from September 20 to September 29, 2024. The event will showcase the best of African university sports talent, with competitions in sports such as football, basketball, athletics, and more.
