Andres Iniesta, the legendary Spanish midfielder, has expressed no regrets over not winning the Ballon d’Or during his illustrious career.

With a trophy-laden career, including multiple LaLiga titles, a World Cup, and two European Championships, Iniesta is set to retire at 40.

Although he scored the winning goal in the 2010 World Cup, Iniesta never received the Ballon d’Or award.

However, he takes pride in finishing among the top three, alongside Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi and Xavi Hernandez.

“The photo of Leo, Xavi, and I on the Ballon d’Or podium is the biggest prize,” Iniesta reflected. “Three guys from La Masia… it’s even more than whoever won it.”
