Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has declared that he is prepared to face any inquiry or probe, confident that his records will vindicate him. Speaking at the inauguration of Egbeda internal roads on Tuesday, Fubara emphasized that he meticulously documented all his activities during his time as a civil servant, including his tenure as Accountant-General under the previous administration of Nyesom Wike.
Fubara’s statement comes amidst his ongoing feud with the current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, whom he has vowed to probe alongside previous administrations. Undaunted by the criticism, Fubara asserted that his records demonstrate that all his actions were taken with proper approvals, and he is ready to answer any questions or queries that may arise.
The governor’s defiant stance suggests that he is willing to stand by his actions and decisions, even in the face of scrutiny.
